No Smoking Story :)

"hah?ano?bakit?"
and in an instant..."jarrraaan!!!"
And it was Ms. Lerma Kalingasan (our University VPAA)...
"where is your ID?" "(patay la nmn ako ID)
Ma'am wala pa pi ako ID eh. Reg. Form po." "give me your Reg. form" binigay ko...

(shit I forgot, I'm already 20 years old last june)" anyways ayun na nga...after nun sabi nya..
(it wasn't exactly what Ms Lerma said, basta parang ganun..) then sabi
"ok i'll tell Sr. George and Ms. Myla about this and talk to the both of you"
then I said "Sorry", coz I know I was wrong... "hindi basta sorry lang ito iho..."
"the next time that I will see you smoking here (outside the campus) baka paalisin na kayo ng school..." tpos aun na nga hidi pa tpos ang usapan kasi kakausapin pa kami ng dean namin...but its ok... I should learn from this expirience...

Moral lesson: rules are to be followed and not just be rules...if you got caught doing things that are against the rules, you should be ready for the consequences...

no smoking!!! outside the campus...hehehe

Batang 90's ka kung

Sinubaybayan mo ang Sarah ang Munting Prinsesa, Julio at Julia, at Cedi. Pinanood mo pa nga yung movie version ng Sarah ang Munting Prinsesa with Camille Prats.

Alam mo din yung "Ang Pulubi at ang Prinsesa" with Camille Prats and Angelica Panganiban.

Kinakanta nyo dati sa school yung "Heal the World", "Tell the World of His Love", "Jubilee Song", etc.

Sinasabi mo sa kaklase mo na "Liars go to hell" kapag tingin mo nagsisinungaling sya. "Cross my heart, hope to die" kapag nangangako ka. "Period no erase" kapag gusto mo walang kumontra sayo.

ang sayang maging bata no?

some of the thoughts here are from a blog I can't remember the title pero thanks and credits to you! :)

Family | First

Now let me just share this video I saw on my news feeds in Facebook. I think this is made for Mother's Day yet it still made me shed some tears, I saw myself in that little kid on the video, I was almost exactly that child back in the days, I used to cry out loud in public just because I don't get the things that I want, Realizing now that I was a really bad son back then.

listen to the song, its just a melody I could almost hear everyday without even listening to it, so precious, its actually my favorite song as of the moment.

Think of the times you asked your Mom or Dad "how was your day Mom/Dad?" "have you eaten your dinner?" "Let's watch a movie together?". Think of the times you cooked for them, think of the times you told them to "take care" before they leave on the way to the market, think of the times you hugged them because they feel sick.

Growing up, we wouldn't think a lot about those things, It's their job anyway. I'm busy studying, laughing and having fun with friends while Mom is busy thinking about what the whole family is going to eat tomorrow, what is she going to cook for us for breakfast, while Mom and Dad is busy making money just to provide us the good life. Those are simple things they think about everyday, but is it really as simple as that? is it simple to be a Parent? is it simple to wash our clothes, wash the dishes, clean the house and cook food for us? is that simple? If you're gonna ask me, No!!! It's never simple doing those things, but Mom and Dad makes it look so simple because all they want us to do is to lay down study and just be good son's and daughter's.

Well it isn't simple to be a kid tho but I promise it's harder to be a parent :)

It isn't too late for you to change, wherever our parents are, wherever our Mom's and Dad's are, if we change for the better, this life would be a little lighter and happier too. It's not to late to change, Hug your parents, spare sometime for them, give them a letter, tell them how much you care for them or whatever to make them feel loved. It's that SIMPLE, that's the only thing they want from us, a simple reward for a very hard working Parent. :)

here's the lyrics of the song in the video.

Common, Simple, Beautiful Lyrics

By: Jennifer Chung

Don't you agree
When they all say
"Home is where the heart is."
But do you see
With every step that you take,
You get further away
From where the heart is.

It's so easy to be blinded
& caught up in the clouds where everything's in a haze
Causing you to forget about the days,
Of the common, simple, beautiful ways.
I remember all the times that I had spent with my friends.
Taking BART to San Francisco just for 350 cents.
Talking, laughing, joking - didn't quite k now what was to come.
Years of memories, irreplaceable fun.
I remember telling mom that I'd make her proud one day.
She would smile and knew exactly all the right things to say.
Man, I miss her & can't wait till I get back to the bay.
Back to the common, simple, beautiful ways.

Isn't it nice,
To simply know,
There's somewhere you can go back to.
So it's a big sacrifice
Everytime that you decide
You can't even if you want to.

So even though,
I am happy now,
I'll never forget where I'm from & how I came to be.
What was common, ended up to be
A very unique treasure I have now decided to keep.
