It's been a while since all of us got together like this again, I mean we dont usually celebrate birthday's together, this was the first time and I think it's something that we will be doing all over again. ( I hope)
since we graduated birthday's are just things we haven't been giving that much attention it passes by like an ordinary day where we greet each other on facebook, via sms or sometimes by almost forgetting about it. This time it's different.
Our house is now-a-days becoming the official hang-out place for my friends and I don't mind that coz they know I like it when they're here.
I honestly don't know what to say, this day is just filled with laughter.
"The July Birthday Celebrators" are Jonas, Nona, Joo, Paul and Yvonne that's why it's so special, we have 5 friends who celebrate their birthdays.
Kreng, Ago and I took care of the decorations and all that stuffs, but Ago did most of them, we're not actually prepared to do all these stuff and decors if it wasn't for her but then five of our friends will celebrate and it's Jonas' 21st birthday so it has to be special.
this is not the usual get together, it's one of our most attended get togethers, not to mention Ate Girl presence (haha).
its always cool to have creative friends, look at what we did for the party, it surely is cheap yet it's the most creative and personalized thing we did for our friends and they appreciated it.

Remember my story about Nona, the birthday girl I blogged about last July 1? I mentioned the name Justine, she's with Nona on my first day of school story and yes she's also a very dear friend to me and guess what, it's her BIRTHDAY today!
and because she wanted this, I'll give her a very special place in my blog, teehee!
Justine has been a friend for almost five years now. I don't usually count the years of any relationship I have with friends because they are what I call FRIENDS but this time I kind of count every thing in my life, coz I think my friends are such blessings to me and they say "count our blessings". Anyhow, I've got a lot of things to share when it comes to my friends but this one is special coz i'll only talk about our very own, MULTIMEDIA PRINCESS & HASHTAG SELFIE FRIEND, Justine Dianne Dador.
Well, I don't wanna say that she love's taking pictures of herself, but she really does, even if its not her camera phone, even if its not her camera, as long as she can take pictures with it and as long as the camera is working she will never let you down (haha).

Aside from being all those funny things we call her, Justine or Joo without "H" is, first ofcourse also a CUM LAUDE, yes Nona and Joo are two equally intelligent friends of mine (do i like being surrounded by very intelligent people?haha) aside from that she is also a tiny bit MADALDAL or should I say naturally born Communication Student like all of my classmates, and lastly, she is a friend and when I say a friend I mean a FRIEND, she never gives up on a person and with my experiences with her I knew that she never gave up on me, I just can't forget that incident when I shouted infront of her face, I clearly remember this, after shouting I saw her crying on our way out of the campus, it's about a school activity that we misunderstood. I felt so rude and guilty about what I did and immediately after I landed home I texted her and said sorry, and she replied saying "Okay lang Je naiintindihan ko" and I felt even worst because for me it's not okay to shout at someone out of nonsense projects in school, that's rude and unacceptable, and for her to understand me, she must be really someone I should know more. From then on I said to myself that no guy should act like what I did out of nonsense reasons specially if its a girl, Girls are too soft that one wrong move can actually break them. And I should thank Justine for letting me learn that lesson. She is indeed a Friend to all of us and I can attest to that!
and now to the funny side of her, she is a very very SLOW person, slow in terms of taking jokes/punchlines, she will always be the last one laughing when all of us has got over a joke, I don't know why, maybe there's a process of analysis in her mind that every punchline will not work for her, she needs time to process things first before reacting and after reacting it takes too long for her to get over she will continue laughing about it and after a few hours you'll hear her say "naalala ko yung joke mo kanina utas na ko" (utas means almost died about laughing, in our own vocabulary, haha) that's how Joo is and we love that about her.
Joo is also a sweetheart, she never forgets to greet us. It's very polite of her to always start the greeting and it helps when some of us are not in the mood, she love's going out and hanging out with us that she almost forgot about having a boyfriend, that's how she loves us and we appreciate that though we don't tolerate her being like that, I remember when we were almost like, scolding her for not always having time with his boyfriend. Joo we are not getting any younger, and we are your friends we will always be here, we only want the best for you that's why we want you to spend more time with your boyfriend, get to know him better, okay? haha!
anyway, that was a lot! All I wanted to say is Happy Birthday! haha Love you sooooo much Joo, stay selfie este pretty!

Would you mind if I tell you a little story about someone who's been my friend for almost five years now, a friend who never fails to surprise me with her intelligence and awesomeness! (haha).
Since I met her in college I knew that she will be one of the people who i will really jive with and be with most of the times, I can't say that we have the same wavelength coz obviously we don't coz she's super smart, very intelligent and wise while I am just super simple, cute and handsome (just kidding) not to mention that I am really awesome, maybe that's the only thing we have in common.
But on a serious note, Nona, our dear friend who happens to be one of the "cum laude" students in our batch (i just find it really cool having friends who are freakin intelligent, haha) is really one of the few woman who I admire the most (not to compare with my mom XD) not just because of her academical achievements but because she is one hell of a bombshell (and you know i'm kidding), no, seriously she is a girl/lady/woman/sir who knows what she really wants to be, someone who knows how to take responsibilities very seriously, someone who stands for what is right and by experience someone who never take sides on the most awfull situations.
One thing that I also love about her is the way she carries herself. Nona for me is a rarefind, endangered and unique person, coz its really hard to find girls who can be smart, witty and really humorous at the same time. I remember the first day of class in college, I sat beside her, not because she's hot(haha) but because I saw her giggling with justine and I said to myself that "ok, ill sit with her coz I wanna start the class with laughing cows" haha kidding again. I started a the conversation with her by asking them to hand me a sheet of yellow paper(haha), yes first day of class and I dont have things like that, they gave the paper but she never talked that much and then I feel like "i need to have friends today" and took em by surprise. On another class we had to introduce ourselves and sing the song of our life (funny thought of intro-ing ourselves) and because this is my forte I had to sing a good song to get the attentions of my classmates and atleast start making friends (haha) and when I started singing "viola" I have friends na" haha! My classmates started to talk to me and all that while Nona and Justine were like "gago, yung katabi natin magaling pala sya kumanta!" (well XD) haha!
and that's where it started, from then on Nona has been a dear friend to me and to top that she also was my thesismate that somehow made us closer to each other. We may bully each other sometimes, we may have some misfits and all but what matters to me is that you always care, and I can always talk to you in the most nonsense yet funny ways! haha
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NONA!
I love you and you should know that, and I will always, always be here for you and I wish that you never ever change coz they say parenthood changes a person a lot (though you're not a parent yet XD), and I hope you find someone who deserve your love and humor. Stay the same and thanks for the head over heels moments!

Usapan na naming magkita kita ng gabi para di kami mahirapan, ay nako, knowing my friends pag nasa bahay kami at hindi magkakasama kung ano anong aberya ang nangyayari at can't afford na mangyari yon dahil oras na may ma-late eh masisira ang buong plano. Gabi na nang dumating ang mga working people (Kreng, Cathy and Vyna) galing sa trabaho, nung magkakasama kami sabi namin tutulog kami para naman may pang-puyat kami sa gabi ng 13-14, kaso noong moment na patulog na kami, sa kagustuhan kong bumisyo (YOSI) eh binuksan ko ang bintana sa kwarto ni Kreng, and poof it became KOKO Crunch, may nakapasok na ibon (maya) sa kwarto at nagulo ang aming mga katawang lupa, umikot ng umikot ung ibon, ang likot likot, hanggang sa mga 1am na nagdecide kami na "sa baba na lang tayo MATULOG!". Matulog??? 1am??? aalis kami 3am???. (hahahaha) bumaba na nga kami at ang pinakaPoint ko dun napuyat sila dahil sa kagustuhan kong magYosi! hahahah!

Time check 3am, wala pa si Joey. (panic at the disco na kami), pero bilang si Joey ang pinagpala ng babaeng lahat naniniwala kami na anong oras man sya dumating eh alam nyang aabot kami kasi sa aming lahat sya pa lang ang nakapunta sa isla with her other friends, kaya kampante kami. Nagpatuloy kami sa pagiintay habang nagaambagan na kami for the food and all para pagdating sa Mauban Market eh madali na lang na mamimili ng mga lulutuin namin na pagkain.
Nasa bus na kami 4am, yata, matiwasay namang nakarating si Joey, it took us almost 3hours sa pagbabyahe from Sto. Tomas-Lucena at dahil dyan wala akong maikwentong ganap sa bus dahil kami ay TULOG! hahaha! Pero nung medyo nakabawi bawi na kami sa pagka-nge-nge sa bus, Tayabas Quezon na, napamulat na ako at nakita ko na ang sun rise sa may palayan habang umaandar ang bus, SHET! yan ung una kong nasabi, "May araw na pala" at napakaganda, ewan ko hah pero ung feeling na parang ang saya saya at sobrang excited ako dahil eto na talaga, tuloy na tuloy na kami, at magkakasama kami, after ilang years naming pagpaplano na makapunta sa beach ng magkakasama, haha!
Pag-dating namin sa Lucena Grand Terminal, mga 6am siguro un, kumain kami sa mga karinderia doon, hindi sya pasok na pasok sa panlasa namin pero hello aarte pa ba kami? puyat na nga magpapagutom pa ba? haha!
Hindi naman sya blurred medyo lang!
Kain galore kami dyaan syempre, pero parang hindi kami pagod at puyat sa byahe dyaan dahil nga excitement lang ang laman ng aming mga puso, pagkakain namin ay nagsipaghanda na kami sa isang muling mahabang byahe papunta sa Mauban, kung saan doon naman kami magmumula papunta sa Cagbalete island. Dalawang oras ang byahe papunta sa Mauban, hindi masyadong luxurious ang mga bus going to Mauban pero pasok na rin sa aming panlasa kasi ung simoy ng tunay na probinsya, ung view ng mga palayan at mga iba pang madadaanan, winner na rin, sarap sa feeling, pero syempre mapuputol na naman ang kwento kasi nakatulog na naman kami! hahaha!
Nang maabot na namin ang Mauban Market Citeeey (city? joke lang po) agad na namili sina Kreng Joey and Nona ng aming mga pagkain, isang dahilan kung bakit di ako makakilos ng ayos at makasama sa mga pamimili and all, ay dahil maling disisyon ang pagdadala ko ng bag, hindi backpack ung dala ko, patawad mabigat pa ang laman kaya di makakilos ng maige, anyway, matapos mamili ng mga kagandahan kong friends eh sumakay na kami ng trycicle papunta sa pantalan, kung saan sasakay kami ng banca papunta sa isla.
Sa banca papuntang Cagbalete medyo kinakabahan pa kaming lahat dahil akala namin di na kami aabot, at nung nakaabot kami mga 9am siguro kami nakasakay kasi may oras daw ang byahe papunta sa isla (10am at 4pm lang) eh medyo natakot ako kasi di ko na mabilang ung laman ng banca at di ko alam kung ilan ang capacity ng banca, pero infairness nung umandar na sya nawala na ung kaba ko dahil mukhang ok naman sya safe naman at mababait ang mga tao.
si Ago nagaalok ng candy dahil nahihilo kami. haha! halata ba sa pez nya ang pagkahilo?

ayan na, nandito na kami sa Cagbalete Island, winner po ang excitement namin sa unang pagsilip pa lang ng isla sa amin habang nasa banca pa kami, more tayo na kami ng tayo sa banca haha!
pagdating nyo sa Isla, nasa banca pa lang kayo marami nang nagaabang na maliliit na banca na magaalok sa inyo na maghatid papunta sa mga resorts na gusto nyong puntahan, pero sa dahil wala sa itinerary namin ang mag-mini-banca after ng big-banca nagdesisyon kami na ituloy ang trekking papunta sa Villa Cleoas.(ang pinaka sikat na resort sa cagbalete island at pinakamura daw) NKKLK ang lakarin papunta sa resort knowing na maling bag ang dala ko at medyo 30minutes sya na lakarin eh masakit po sa paa at sa balat dahil napakinit ng mga dinaanan namin, pero ok naman yon kung backpack ang dala ko kay magbackpack kayo papunta doon hah?
Nang makaratig na kami sa Cleofas, pagod, puyat at gutom na naman kami dahil 11am na, maglalunch time na, 45minutes kasi ung byahe papunta sa isla. Agad na kaming nagdecide kung magtetent ba kami or magkacottage, medyo hirap kasi 1500 ung cottage good for & people na sya, at pag sinabi nilang 7 SEVEN lang talaga, at sa mga tent naman 300pesos good for 3 persons lang, at talagang dapat 3 lang, ganoon sila kahigpit, na dapat naman din intindihin kasi para yon sa maintenance ng kamilang facilities, pero dahil 9 kami nagdecide kami na magcottage na lang, kasi gusto namin magkakasama kami, nakiusap na lang kami na payagan na kami na 9 kami sa cottage, di naman namin un gigibain eh.
ayan yung cottage, di na masama kasi may lock sya, tapos malamig kasi open sya may table lababo at mga foam na sa loob, winner diba? wifi na lang kulang! haha!
pagkarating namin sa isla ayun na, nagluto na kami, medyo nahati pa kasi ung iba more gala agad habang kami nagluluto kaya napagdesisyonan namin na, ung mga gumala, sila naman ang magluluto para sa hapunan namin, hehe ang Menu for lunch? Hotdog at Tilapia! wahahahah! dahil gutom na gutom na kami pinili namin yung mga madaling lutuin, haha!
hindi nakaka HUMA island yung setting pero wag ka! maganda talaga sa islang ito!

ayan naman ako, f na f ang pagpapaapoy ng mga kapatid kong juling-ling haha!
Pagkatapos naming kumain ng tanghalian ay naligo na muna kami sa mga CR sa resort, infainess mailinis at mabango ang mga CR dito, matapos namin maligo eh nagpahinga muna kami kasi napakainit pang kung maglalangoy agad kami at maglalakad lakad sa shore, 12pm kasantingan ng araw! Hello, socialite nga kami eh magpapainit??? Ewww!! haha!
3pm na medyo ok ok na ang panahon, nagdesisyon na kami na maglakad papunta sa Bonsai Island, ang isla na lumalabas sa bandang gitna ng karagatan kapag Lowtide.
Bonsai Island or according to my friends broccoli island daw kasi mukha lang syang broccoli sa malayo haha!
alam nyo ba na bago kami pumunta sa Bonsai Island, nagsipag Make-up at nagbihis pa sila ng mga summer outfits nila! haha!

after nyan kumain na kami ng matindi, at sinabi namin na magbabaraha kami at hindi matutulog dahil magkukwentuhan lang kami buong magdamang.
Na-achieve naman namin ung pagbabaraha (Solitaire), pagkukwentuhan ng horror stories, kasi walang kuryente sa resort, talaga generator lang sya so Walang TV, walang kahit ano, napakatahimik, napakapeaceful at sa sobrang pagkapeacefull mga around 9pm, pumepwesto na ang lahat, nagkukwentuhan ng biglang, tugs, coma na ako! hahaha!
at namulat ako ng biglang tumawa sila, dahil wala pa daw akong 1 minute na humiga eh may harok (snore) na agad silang narinig, hahaha! Dala na ng pagod at puyat di namin lahat kinaya na magbaraha at magkwentuhan lang buong gabi, kaya naman naka 8hours of sleep pa kami dahil mga bandang 11pm tulog na lahat at gumising kami 6am na kinabukasan! hahaha. Ang sarap nung feeling na kumpleto at nakabawi kami sa tulog!
habang naghahanda kami ng breakfast ay nakikita naming dumadami ang banca sa paligid, at may mga manong na nagaalok ng island hopping, at dahil gusto kong sulitin ang pagpunta namin doon ay pinilit kong makapagisland hopping kami, actually si Ago (na may pasok pa ng 8pm the same day) ang namilit sa lahat dahil mukhang maganda ang inoofer nila sa pupntahan namin, nagkaroon pa ng mahabang diskusyon sa pagpunta, ayaw pa nung iba dahil ang mahal daw keme keme pero sumama din lahat in the end haha!

di na namin naitanong kung anong tawag dun sa place na pinuntahan namin pero sobrang ganda nya! ung tinatawag na Priceless na ganda!

Buti na lang at napilit namin na sumama ang lahat na magisland hopping dahil sobrang laki ng mamimiss ng bawat isa kung di sila sumama, napakaganda ng pinuntahan naming yon, paraiso talaga as in!, malinis na tubig, pinong pinong mga buhangin, at napakagandang view parang nasa ibang mundo ampeg ng kagandahan! haha
sayang kasi ilang oras lang kami doon kasi 12-1pm aalis ang banca pabalik na sa Mauban/Pantalan, pero at least nagawa pa namin un kahit saglit lang dahil talagang napakaganda nya at di kami nagsisi na gumastos para sa ganoong kagandang lugar!
nagmadali na kaming kumain, naligo kahit may konting aberya pa sa tubig pangligo, at naglakad na pabalik sa sakayan ng banca pabalik sa Mauban. bago pa kami umalis paulit ulit kong sinabi sa sarili ko na walang pagsisisi ung ginawa namin buong stay namin doon dahil sobrang naenjoy namin lahat, ung hightide at lowtide pati ung island hopping, sobrang saya kahit alam naming yung isa namin kasama eh medyo nangangamba na kasi panigurado na na malelate sya sa trabaho nya at mapapagalitan sya, pero ganoon pa man alam kong nagenjoy kaming lahat at talaga walang nasayang na oras sa pagpunta namin doon hanggang sa paguwi dahil nakatikim pa kami ng Pancit Habhab at nakabili pa kami ng souvenirs, pasalubong namin sa aming mga uuwian hehe!

to wrap-up this blog I just want to say thank you to my friends who coined this summer getaway. This will not be as fun if we are not together, yes it's better if we have more friends with us but there is really no regrets, I'm with the perfect people in a perfect place and a perfect setting, how happy can I be?
Yes we paid for this, but no once can ever pay the happiness we have had in the island, I nearly ran out of words just when I saw the place and there's no way you can ever pay for that moment. It's really good to be in places like this with friends specially in my case when I rarely have time with my parents and my whole family, I cannot imagine doing this with other people than my friends, its just so perfect.
This one will really be a moment to remember for sure!
